Shipping policy

WOOF OF PAW STREET offers shipping throughout Australia. Once you have made your purchase you should receive an email to inform you the order is being processed. Please contact us if you do not receive this. All items will be shipped within 2 business day of purchase.

Please provide a secure address as WOOF OF PAW STREET is not liable for any goods stolen once they have reached their destination.  

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

We ship domestically using Australia Post 'Standard Shipping' a flat rate of $10. Metro customers should receive their parcels within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Regional customers should expect their parcels between 6-7 business days. 

Need it quick?

We offer 'Express Shipping' at a flat rate of $15. Metro customers should receive their parcels within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Regional customers should expect their parcels between 3-4 business days. 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

WOOF OF PAW STREET makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the true availability of stock, however errors occur where an item shown to be available online may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and, based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or your entire order.
