Refund policy
We want your pooch to LOVE your purchase! If they are not completely satisfied with your order, you are welcome to exchange it for a credit note or within 14 days of purchase, or pop in-store to find something they'll prefer.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of return.
Please note there are no credit notes for purchases during any SALES.
To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, if you wish to send an item back you will be responsible for the postage costs and liable for ensuring it arrives safely back. We recommend using a tracked registered postal service.
Should the unlikely event occur that the item is faulty and we are made aware of this within 30 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the 'brand'.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and provide you with your credit note to purchase any other item to that value online or in-store.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email us on cyn@woofofpawstreet.com.au to initiate a return and receive shipping details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
